Terms & Conditions

Our rental prices are based on a three day rental period. If additional time is needed, arrangements can be made at an additional charge. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve any of our items along with a signed agreement and a valid credit card on file. The date and rental items are not reserved until deposit and signed rental agreement is received by Pure Vintage. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. This final balance must have cleared 10 working days prior to your event. Client shall return items or have them ready for pick up on date and by time specified on invoice.  Additional daily rental fees will apply for late returns. If equipment is ordered and delivered but not used, no refund will be given. 

LIABILITY

 It is understood that Pure Vintage is only liable for services completed and provided by Pure Vintage and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. The client agrees that Pure Vintage holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to client or any third party.  The client assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Pure Vintage's rental items has occurred while it is in client's possession, client shall make Rental Company aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses.  

RESPONSIBILITY

Pure Vintage is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of the consultant, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, consultant will obtain, upon approval of the client, a qualified professional replacement to fulfill consultant’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the client.

OVERTIME

Additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services (such as, but not limited to, full redo of design, day of wedding extension of time, services outside of scope of agreement, management of non wedding day activities, etc) are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $60 per hour

dAMAGE OR LOSS OF RENTALS

Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Pure Vintage. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND METHOD

For your convenience, payments can be made online via HoneyBook.com using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by cash, check or PayPal. Returned checks will incur additional charges including but not exceeding all bank fees plus $15 processing fee.
